Hosted by
Amarjit Singh

Amarjit sits down with Simran Kaur – yogi, certified Nonviolent Communication trainer, and founder of the Hamburg Institute for Nonviolent Communication. Simran shares her journey to Kundalini Yoga, and eventually Nonviolent Communication. She goes on to talk about her time translating for Marshall Rosenberg, the creator of Nonviolent Communication, and also for Yogi Bhajan, founder of 3HO. This leads to a discussion on many aspects of communication, including how our limited perception of “the other” that we create effects how we communicate. Simran shares the intention of NVC and provides an exercise for couples to improve the understanding of their needs.
